Cultivation Technician Lead

We're seeking a Cultivation Technician Lead to assist the Cultivation Manager in coordinating and managing the cultivation team in the cultivation and care of the company's plants. The successful candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a strong work ethic, with experience in a related field and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in horticulture or related field
• Associates or bachelor's degree in horticulture preferred
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including periodic weekends
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees in organization
• Physical demands: ability to communicate orally, regular use of telephone and e-mail, sitting or standing for extended periods, heavy lifting
