Cultivation Technician - Part Time (Weekend Shifts)

Vireo Health is seeking a Cultivation Technician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be driven, innovative, compassionate, and believe in the goodness of people and cannabis.

Requirements

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow State mandated regulations
• Develop working knowledge of equipment
• Proper usage, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment
• Maintain effective communication with Cultivation Managers
• Daily inspection of plants
• Daily care of crop cultural practices
• Maintain accurate record of cultural practices
• Knowledge of biology and chemistry related to plant growth and nutrition
• Basic computer and office equipment operations
• Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail
