Benefit Programs Supervisor

Winchester Department of Social Services is seeking a Benefit Programs Supervisor to lead a strong team of Benefit Programs Specialists. This is a fast-paced role suited for a leader who has considerable experience in administering eligibility operations, training and developing staff, and improving internal systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the human services field and human services program experience in a lead or supervisory capacity
• Direct experience preferred as a Benefit Programs Supervisor, Benefits Programs Manager or Trainer, or senior level experience as a Benefit Programs Specialist
• Valid driver's license
