The Evening Shift LPN/RN Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating residents' care, implementing quality improvement measures, mentoring nurses and CNAs, and completing performance reviews. The position requires a current license to practice nursing in Virginia and previous experience in long-term care/SNF.
Requirements
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Past demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and support skills with personal care staff
- Previous experience in long-term care/SNF required
- Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a professional working relationship
- Knowledgeable and passionate about geriatric care, transitional, and long-term care
- Ability to supervise, coordinate, and effectively lead the activities of others
- Computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Command of the English language, both written and spoken
