Night Shift LPN/RN Supervisor - 10 PM - 6 AM - Full-Time

The Night Shift LPN/RN Supervisor is responsible for coordinating residents' care in accordance with the Virginia Department of Social Services Standards and recognized nursing standards and practices. This position is also responsible for implementing and auditing quality improvement measures, mentoring and coaching nurses and CNAs, and completing performance reviews for supervised staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Past demonstrated supervisory, coaching, and support skills with personal care staff
• Previous experience in long-term care/SNF required
• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively while maintaining a professional working relationship with the Director of Nursing, nursing leadership team, physicians, employees, families, and community partners
• Must possess the ability to supervise, coordinate, and effectively lead the activities of others
• Must be able to communicate orally, in writing, and through presentation effectively
• Must be able to work collaboratively throughout the entire organization to effectively engage staff, residents, family members, and other stakeholders
• Must possess computer experience with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for operations, report generation, and presentations
• Must possess a command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and willing to be flexible to accommodate changing priorities
