Our client is an Australian wealth and financial services organisation seeking a SMSF Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and operational processes involved in establishing and maintaining Self-Managed Super Funds.
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration roles within financial services, accounting, legal, or insurance industries
- Strong written English communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working remotely with an Australian-based team
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with document management systems or e-signature tools
- Familiarity with WordPress, Omnisend, Meta, or LinkedIn platforms
