Job Description
Our client is an Australian accounting firm looking for a skilled Australian Tax Accountant to handle end-to-end tax and compliance tasks.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience working with Australian accounting or taxation
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws and ATO compliance
- Experience using Australian accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, HandiTax, Xero Tax)
- Solid understanding of BAS, IAS, GST, PAYG, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills
