VirtueStaff is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to drive efficiency within the departmental leadership team for our client. This role is responsible for managing meeting governance, documenting complex workflows, and tracking critical performance metrics.

Requirements

• Manage departmental calendar
• Attend key leadership meetings to capture action items
• Track performance metrics
• Draft and maintain SOPs
• Conduct quarterly audits
• Aggregate KPIs
• Create 'Departmental Health' slide decks
• Monitor ticketing system
• Maintain team 'Heat Map'
• Coordinate cross-training
• Monitor progress toward strategic initiatives
• Serve as a bridge between Accounting and Pre-Construction/Operations
