Job Description
Weâre looking for a founding Forward Deployed Engineer to join our founding team and lead the adoption of Fintoâs AI-powered automation for some of the worldâs largest enterprises. As a technical, customer-facing role, youâll focus on the time to value including data-set-up, workflow design, and change management, working closely with our founders to make sure customers embrace AI as a core part of their daily job.
Requirements
- Lead enterprise customers from contract signature through full-scale adoption
- Work directly with finance teams to redesign critical processes, embedding AI where it creates the most business value
- Serve as the bridge between customers and our engineering team
- Analyze AI performance using evals
- Build playbooks, onboarding frameworks, and training materials
