BI Manager

Virtuozzo is seeking a Power BI Manager to lead the evolution of our data analytics capabilities. You will be responsible for developing and scaling Power BI dashboards across the organisation, integrating data from key business systems, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Experienced
• Lead Power BI Strategy & Rollout: Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain a suite of dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business KPIs, including MRR, churn, CAC, and operational performance.
• Data Integration: Connect Power BI to diverse data sources such as Salesforce, ERP systems, SQL databases, and subscription platforms.
• Data Modelling: Develop scalable data models using DAX and Power Query to support high-performance reporting and forecasting.
• Training & Enablement: Deliver tailored training and support for business users to encourage self-service analytics and improve data literacy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across FP&A, Revenue Operations, IT, and Product to capture requirements and deliver analytics solutions that drive impact.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Define and implement data governance best practices with a focus on security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Project Ownership: Manage Power BI initiatives end-to-end, from planning and execution to stakeholder communication and delivery.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards are optimized for performance and reliability, and proactively resolve any technical issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and recommend innovations to keep our analytics capabilities at the forefront.
