Job Description
Join our IT & Cloud Operations team to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient as an IT Engineer. This role blends internal IT with production operations, automating routine work, running OpenStack-based infrastructure, resolving incidents, and providing daily IT support via the helpdesk.
Requirements
- Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu)
- Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch)
- Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups
- Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk
- Maintain endpoint hardware (laptops, network equipment)
- Drive performance tuning, load testing, and reliability KPIs
- Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency (IaC/CM, CI/CD)
- Document data center infrastructure, standards, and operational procedures
