Requirements
- Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu), and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls).
- Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch).
- Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups.
- Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk; manage secure onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration (incl. M365, SSO/MFA).
- Maintain endpoint hardware (laptops, network equipment) and data-center documentation/runbooks.
- Drive performance tuning, load testing, and reliability KPIs.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency (IaC/CM, CI/CD).
- Document data center infrastructure, standards, and operational procedures.
