IT Engineer

Join IT & Cloud Operations to keep our platforms secure, reliable, and efficient. The role blends internal IT with production operations: automate routine work, run OpenStack-based infrastructure, resolve incidents, and help colleagues via the helpdesk.

Requirements

• Administer Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS, Debian/Ubuntu), and core networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, DHCP, firewalls).
• Implement monitoring/alerting and capacity management (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana; logs via ELK/OpenSearch).
• Troubleshoot outages, restore service quickly, and lead post-incident RCA documentation and follow-ups.
• Provide daily IT support via the helpdesk; manage secure onboarding/offboarding and SaaS administration (incl. M365, SSO/MFA).
• Maintain endpoint hardware (laptops, network equipment) and data-center documentation/runbooks.
• Drive performance tuning, load testing, and reliability KPIs.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve operational efficiency (IaC/CM, CI/CD).
• Document data center infrastructure, standards, and operational procedures.
