Mercer is seeking an AI Architect to design and govern the enterprise AI architecture underpinning the Employee Digital Twin platform, ensuring robust, auditable, and ethically governed AI systems aligned with global enterprise standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, data platforms, or enterprise systems design.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale AI systems beyond isolated models.
- Strong expertise in ML and Generative AI architectures, RAG systems, vector stores, and AI orchestration, semantic models and knowledge-based reasoning, and AI lifecycle management (MLOps) and production deployment patterns.
