
Job description
The Technical Support Analyst provides hardware and software support to workstations, mobile devices, voice & video equipment, and end user solutions like Office 365. The role is part of the End User Systems Support team, responsible for providing world-class operational support to Visa Inc.'s staff.
Provide 2nd level support for escalated workstation and mobile related issues, perform daily sweeps to ensure conferencing equipment is functioning properly, and interact with end users to collect information and resolve issues.
The successful candidate will be a technically versed resource with excellent customer service skills, able to work with a dynamic and evolving global team, and prioritize incidents and complaints to ensure all SLA's are met.
