Job Description
Visa is seeking a Manager to lead the Stablecoin Labs team, driving the next generation of stablecoin-enabled products and customer propositions. The role involves shaping long-term strategy, exploring emerging opportunities, and advancing innovation in the Commercial & Money Movement organization.
Requirements
- Develop and own the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog.
- Identify and lead discovery initiatives focused on future-looking opportunities across CMS.
- Design proofs-of-concepts including success criteria and delivery plan.
- Guide early-stage product experimentation, from ideation through validation.
- Evaluate performance and manage transitions to domain experts for scaled execution.
