Job Description
Visa is seeking a Senior Manager Stablecoin Labs to shape the next generation of stablecoin enabled products and customer propositions within the Commercial & Money Movement organization. The role focuses on developing and owning the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog, identifying and leading discovery initiatives, and producing executive-friendly summaries with recommendations on how to address new opportunities.
Requirements
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, or related fields
- Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or money movement infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional product development from 0 → 1
- Proven track record of leading go-to-market execution across regions and partner ecosystems
