Job Description
Visa is seeking a Sr Director, Stablecoin Labs to drive innovation in stablecoin enabled products and customer propositions. The role will shape long-term strategy, explore emerging opportunities, and advance innovation that fuels the future of Commercial & Money Movement solutions.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
- 15+ years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, or related fields
- Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or money movement infrastructure
- Ability to drive cross functional product development from 0 → 1, including defining requirements, navigating ambiguity, and bringing new capabilities to market
