Job Description
Visa is seeking a Sr Consultant - Software Engineer to design and build software products for the Visa Acceptance Platform, leveraging a broad range of pre-integrated modular services and a growing ecosystem of technology and payments partners.
Requirements
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 11 years of experience building enterprise-grade applications
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience developing Java-based Microservices
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS for building modern, responsive web applications
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, content lifecycle, replication, caching, and Dispatcher configuration
- 4+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience designing and supporting distributed, scalable, concurrent, and low-latency systems
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and integrations
