Job Description
Visa is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partner – North America to shape and drive the people agenda for one of Visa’s most important and dynamic regions, translating business strategy into talent, organization, and leadership priorities.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives and C-suite leaders in a large-scale, highly matrixed organization
- Proven ability to lead enterprise People processes, including performance, compensation, promotion, talent review, and succession planning, across complex organizations
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people strategy to business priorities and measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity, ambiguity, and sustained organizational transformation
- Experience using data and insights to diagnose organizational issues, influence decisions, and drive action
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at the most senior levels
