Mastercard is seeking a Vice President, People Business Partner to design and implement a people strategy in line with business priorities across the Latin America and the Caribbean region. The successful candidate will work with senior business leaders to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness, and will be responsible for the cultural stewardship of the business.
Requirements
- Design and delivery of an overarching people strategy in alignment with business priorities and planned growth
- Partnership with COE leadership and business stakeholders to develop programs for employee experience and organizational effectiveness
- Guidance of business leaders through complex change management initiatives
- Cultural stewardship of the business
- Proven track record of working with senior management and CoEs to build a strategic talent vision
- Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization
- Design and articulation of strategic vision and plans, and execution excellence
