Service Advisor needed to join high-performing service team at Vision Ford Lincoln, helping customers understand their vehicle's needs and recommending solutions.
Requirements
- Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication + problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with ease
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
- Comfort with computers and DMS (CDK, Reynolds, etc., a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college a bonus)
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
