We are recruiting for a bilingual customer service representative to work from home. The role requires a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and a high school diploma. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people and has excellent communication skills.

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• High school diploma
• Bilingual (French and English, Spanish an asset)
• Good adaptability to change and learn quickly
• Comfortable with computer software and internet browsers
