Job Description
Perform general social work services to maintain, strengthen and safeguard home and family life. Provide rehabilitative and supportive casework to restore patients to their optimum level of social and health adjustment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited school of social work approved by the Council of Social Work Education
- Current MSW license to practice Social Work in the State of New Hampshire (preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Social Worker, preferably in a home healthcare setting
