Home Health Review Nurse - RN Required

As a Home Health Review Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance in patient care documentation, supporting clinical staff and processes that promote continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana
• Previous review or audit experience required
• Prior home health or hospice experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer documentation systems
