Requirements

• Identify new M&A investment opportunities in B2B software
• Proactively source and build M&A pipelines via direct outreach to executives and sponsors, attending industry events and conferences, and tracking market trends
• Support the deal team in M&A research around new investment opportunities
• Manage and support strategic M&A opportunities for existing portfolio companies
