Requirements

• Manage the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for assigned projects
• Act as the Scrum Master for development teams
• Track, monitor, and report project progress, development status, quality metrics, operational updates, risks, and system performance
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define system architecture, technical design strategies, scalability improvements, and development approaches
• Recruit, interview, hire, mentor, and coach software development professionals
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support career development initiatives for team members
