Vistex is an SAP software solutions extensions partner serving businesses of all sizes worldwide across a spectrum of industries. The Vistex Solution Advisor will report directly to the Manager, Solution Engineering and can expect to have frequent interaction with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Product Management as well as external prospect/client facing interactions.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical, product functionality and operation knowledge of Vistex software products
- Collaborate closely with Sales team members, prospects and client contacts to gather all necessary business and technical requirements
- Perform product demos and technical presentations for potential clients, partners, and sales team
- Provide technical sales support via a variety of media and formats
- Reply to RFQ’s, RFI’s and RFP’s with appropriate level of business and technical depth
- Perform detailed requirements analysis to fully understand existing prospect/client infrastructure
- Provide ongoing product-specific technical guidance to Sales team members and other internal/external audiences
- Develop supplemental product/solution documentation complementary to prospect/client business and technical demonstrations
- Proactively track and manage prospect/client product evaluation process
- Other duties as required or directed
