Residential Project Manager

Residential Project Manager is responsible for executing projects from budgeting to delivery and installation, collaborating with designers, installers, and programmers. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, builders, and trade partners to ensure project success.

Requirements

• 3+ years of construction management experience required
• High-end residential construction experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, preferred
• Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana
• Technical experience with motorized shading, lighting controls, or light fixtures preferred
• Experience with Adobe Suite required
• Comfortable working on job sites as well as in finished residential home environments
• Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Basic troubleshooting skills & ability to solve issues onsite
• Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up the use of new apps and software
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
