The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations with completeness and accuracy and supports strategic decision making by maintaining strong internal controls and efficient financial processes.
Requirements
- Assist accounting team with the monthly financial close process
- Own inventory accounting, including monthly warehouse adjustments
- Take ownership of accounting areas including DTC, prepaids, leases, and other expenses
- Review new customer and vendor set up, review of customer pricing set up in SAP
- Participate in period over period fluctuations and provide insightful commentary of key business drivers
- Respond timely to inquiries through research and analysis from all global accounting teams
- Support numerous special projects and requests from the finance leadership
- Assist in the coordination of external and internal audits
