Continuous Improvement & Training Officer

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement & Training Officer to improve the way things work and help people grow in our factory. The ideal candidate will support and lead Continuous Improvement projects, facilitate root-cause analysis, and create clear work instructions. Experience in a factory environment is a plus, and knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or 6 Sigma is beneficial.
