Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Ops person to own post–go-live customer success end-to-end, be obsessively on-site with customers, and build systems that scale. The role involves working with hospital teams, hearing what's breaking, what's working, and what they wish we built yesterday. You will also be building internal and customer-facing infrastructure that lets Vitalize scale without hiring 10 people.
