Manager, Engineering

VitalSource is hiring a Manager of Engineering to contribute to our OpenSyllabus team located in Raleigh NC, Chicago IL, Franklin TN, or Boston MA. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented group of data and software engineers, partnering closely with product management to shape, design, and deliver innovative technology solutions.

Requirements

• 5 years previous work experience in technical leadership with large-scale, growing systems.
• 5 years of experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating goals, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• 5 years of experience in preparation and development of reports, briefings, and other technical documents.
