We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven CRM Lead to join our growing digital sales team. In this role, you will lead our CRM and customer lifecycle marketing across channels like email, SMS and marketing automation β with a clear focus on LTV, retention and profitable growth.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience within CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills, using data to continuously improve customer journeys, increase engagement and scale revenue
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, especially Klaviyo or similar
- Experience with A/B testing, customer journey optimization and data-driven decision making
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience working towards KPIs such as LTV, retention rate, repeat purchase rate and contribution margin
