We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven CRM Lead to join our growing digital sales team. You will lead our CRM and customer lifecycle marketing, drive retention and customer lifetime value, and optimize customer journeys across channels.
Requirements
- 5β10+ years of experience within CRM, lifecycle marketing or marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve customer journeys
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, especially Klaviyo or similar
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization and customer data strategies
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience working towards KPIs such as LTV, retention rate, repeat purchase rate and contribution margin
