Admissions RN

VITAS is seeking a compassionate Admissions RN to join their hospice team. This role bridges the gap between hospital and community care, guiding patients and families through end-of-life transitions with empathy and confidence. Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Active listener who builds trust and rapport
• Confident in guiding others
• Reliable and autonomous professional
