Job Description
VITAS is seeking a compassionate RN to be the bridge between hospital/community care and hospice patients and their families. This role focuses on comprehensive clinical assessment, education, and clinical guidance within a meaningful hospice setting, prioritizing patients and their dignity, comfort, and peace of mind. VITAS offers a fulfilling and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health, or case management (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable professional with strong follow-through and autonomy
