Job Description
VITAS Home Health is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA/CNA) to provide personal care and services to hospice patients. The role involves performing various tasks such as home health aide, meal preparation, ambulation, and other necessary healthcare interventions. CHHAs may perform tasks not explicitly listed in the assignment, depending on the nurse's instruction.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Meets personnel qualifications
- Documented evidence of 75 hours of training
- State Allowable Training/Certification (CA, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, MI, PA, TX, VA, WI, CHHA)
- Ability to travel
