Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

VITAS Home Health Aides provide personal care and services to hospice patients, augment care given by family members or other caregivers. Responsibilities include hygiene assistance, meal preparation, ambulation, medications administration, and patient monitoring. This position offers a structured, in-person, paid role.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 75 hours of training (42 C.F.R. Section 484.36)
• Competency Evaluation and Certificate (42 C.F.R. Section 484.36)
• State Allowable Training/Certification
• Ability to travel
