Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

The VITAS Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care and services to hospice patients, augmenting care for family and other caregivers. The position involves tasks such as maintaining hygiene, preparing meals, ambulation assistance, and providing emotional support. Employees will report directly to the VITAS Nurse.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• Meets personnel qualifications of a Home Health Aide
• Documentation of 75 hours of training
• Successful completion of a Competency Evaluation program
