Job Description
The Director of Market Development is responsible for guiding and coaching a sales team, developing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute business plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership, 5 years' experience in the healthcare field, and proficiency in business analytics.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience and/or training in leadership capacity
- At least five (5) years' experience in the health-care/therapeutics, sales or marketing field.
- Proficiency in business analytics in order to forecast growth opportunities including excel and CRMs
- Demonstrates experiences of developing strategies and solutions to drive sales
