Director Market Development

The Director Market Development is responsible for guiding, coaching, and developing a sales team to achieve targeted sales numbers and execute business strategies. The role involves travel, leadership, and collaboration with internal teams to execute business strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of leadership experience, 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing, and proficiency in business analytics.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience and/or training in leadership capacity
• At least five (5) years' experience in the health-care/therapeutics, sales or marketing field.
• Proficiency in business analytics in order to forecast growth opportunities including excel and CRMs
