Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

VITAS Home Health Aide (HHA) provides personal care services to hospice patients, supplementing the care provided by family members or caregivers. HHA assignments include light and moderate personal care tasks such as meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and assisting with ambulation and treatments. This position requires adhering to established guidelines and providing exceptional patient care, with direct supervision from a licensed nurse.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role (HHA) preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Professional certification in CNA, HHA, HA, CA, or CHHA
