Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

VITAS Home Health is seeking a Full Time Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and services to hospice patients. The role involves performing tasks like personal hygiene, meal preparation, ambulation, and assisting with treatments as prescribed by a physician. HHA assignments may include performing various essential care tasks.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 75 hours of training completed
• Competency Evaluation program completion
• State Allowable Training/Certification
