Hospice Admissions RN

As a VITAS Hospice Admissions Nurse, you'll guide patients and families through one of life's most important transitions with clarity, empathy, and confidence. This isn't just a job—it's a calling.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (hospice, palliative, ER, ICU, home health or case management preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
