Job Description
VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients in a program setting. The role involves direct patient care, evaluation, assessment, and documentation, along with collaborative team participation in care planning and patient support. LPNs will report to a registered nurse and contribute to the quality of patient care in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located.
- At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience, including at least one year as an LPN/LVN in a hospital setting.
