Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer nursing care to terminally ill patients. This role involves providing direct bedside care, evaluating patient needs, and assisting with interdisciplinary care plans, documentation, and safety protocols. LPNs will also participate in team initiatives and contribute to team growth.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation.
• Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state.
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience (LPN/LVN in a hospital on adult medical surgical unit).
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience, at least one year of which is an LPN/LVN in a hospital.
