Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

VITAS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct nursing care to terminally ill patients. This role involves assessment, care planning, medication administration, and documentation, under the supervision of a registered nurse. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and safe environment and contribute to the team's success in providing compassionate patient care.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation
• 1. Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience
• At least one year of experience as an LPN/LVN in a hospital on an adult medical surgical unit
