Job Description
VITAS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct skilled bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients, in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act. The role involves performing assigned tasks under supervision, documenting patient care, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Requirements
- Must have and maintain transportation
- Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing
- Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state
- At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience
- At least one year of LPN/LVN experience in a hospital setting
