Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct skilled bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes. The LPN/LVN will administer nursing care according to the plan of care, evaluate patient needs, and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals. This position requires a commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and growth within the organization.

Requirements

• Maintain transportation
• Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience (LPN/LVN in a hospital on an adult medical surgical unit)
