VITAS Healthcare is seeking aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for critical care patients in their Lecanto, FL facility. The position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse to terminally ill patients, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient education, and documentation. The role supports an interdisciplinary team in delivering personalized care.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain transportation for work
• Graduate of an approved school of Practical/Vocational nursing
• Currently licensed to practice nursing in the state where the VITAS program is located
• At least one year of satisfactory nursing experience
