LPN Continuous Care

As an LPN with the VITAS Intensive Comfort Care service, you will provide one-to-one crisis care for hospice patients with high-intensity clinical supervision. You will care for patients in their homes or in assisted living/skilled nursing facilities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support. Requirements

• Nursing license
• At least one year of hospital nursing experience
